Lilo-an, Cebu — PACH Pharmacy and Medical Supplies, Inc. conducted a medical mission on 15 November 2025 in Barangay Cotcot, Lilo-an, Cebu one of the communities most severely affected by Super Typhoon Tino (Typhoon Kalmaegi) on 04 November 2025. The unprecedented calamity resulted in 108 fatalities, 1,367 injured individuals, and 44 residents still missing, as rapidly rising floodwaters engulfed homes and infrastructure. To this day, residents continue to endure stagnant floodwaters, severely damaged houses, and the absence of electricity and potable water, posing serious health and sanitation threats.
In response to these urgent conditions, PACH Pharmacy and Medical Supplies, Inc. deployed its team to provide essential health services and immediate support to affected residents. A total of (sixty-seven) 67 individuals underwent blood sugar testing, blood pressure monitoring, and personal medical consultations led by Dr. Janet Catalan Wenceslao. Free medicines were distributed to address the most urgent ailments identified during the consultations.
With stagnant floodwaters increasing the risk of waterborne diseases, the team also provided anti leptospirosis medicines, vitamins for children, and additional supplements for senior citizens to help safeguard their health during the ongoing crisis.
Beyond medical care, the team extended further assistance by distributing set meals and clean distilled drinking water to individuals who continue to suffer from food inadequacy and the lack of safe, potable water in the aftermath of the storm.
